The Deborah Hahn Scholarship was created by Variations, a dancer's studio, to ensure that young, talented students would not be denied a dance education on the basis of financial limitations

In August of 2012, the Deborah Hahn Scholarship was founded as a 501(C)(3) Corporation
8/2012 - Broadway Celebrates Variations Gala at the Paramount Theater - Thank you to the Paramount!
9/2012 - Four scholarships were awarded
11/2012 - Donation from 4yr old Sara from her birthday party
11/2013 - Gift of Dance at the Paramount theater featuring Master Class with Mia Michaels​
5/2014 - $2,900 raised at Variations Showcase
9/2014 - Five Scholarships were awarded
5/2015 - $2,500 raised at Variations Showcase
9/2015 - Four Scholarships were awarded
5/2016 - $3,000 raised at Variations Showcase
8/2016 - Generous donation of $1,000 from Judith
5/2017 - $2,900 raised at Variations Showcase
9/2017 - Nine Scholarships awarded

The Deborah Hahn scholarship is named after Erin Lopez's first teacher and lifelong mentor. Deborah gave Erin a crucial scholarship that allowed her to study dance and explore her passions. Erin attributes the generosity of Deborah Hahn to guiding her to her present career as owner and artistic director of
Variations, a dancer's studio.
